| Kristin is a rising sophomore at Truman State University, where she is studying Communications Disorders, Spanish, and Music. During her summers, Kristin has spent much of her time teaching and competing in swimming. Since kindergarten, she has competed on her local swim team, and has recently starting assisting at youth swim practices. We are very excited to welcome her to our aquatics staff. |

| Gilvian Diaz |

| A Puerto Rico native, Gilvian joins our aquatics staff with many years experience as a lifeguard. Growing up around the pool, Gilvian has been swimming on local teams since she was a young girl. She has even competed in many competitions around Puerto Rico. In past summers, Gilvian worked at a local YMCA, teaching volleyball to kids aged 5-13. This summer, however, she is excited to work with our girls down by the pool! |

| Natalie hails to us from the U.K. She grew up around the pool, and has been an avid swimmer for most of her life. When she is not working as a Sales Assistant for a clothing store the U.K., Natalie spends her time as a lifeguard and assistant swimming coach for a youth team. |

| Lynn Koch |

| A rising sophomore at Truman State University, Lynn is studying Art History and Studio Art. Lynn has been swimming almost all her life, and has developed a love for the water. She swam on a competitive team until she was in high school, and has since worked at her town pool as a swim instructor and lifeguard. Lynn has experience teaching swimmers of all calibers, but is exceptionally enthusiastic about sharing her passion for the water with new and beginner swimmers. |

| Charlotte Mercer |

| Charlotte joins our aquatics staff from Eastbourne, England where she studies architecture and environmental engineering at the University of the West of England. Charlotte has been swimming since a young age. She spent many years as a competitive swimmer, and has since taught many young friends and family members how to swim. As the Sports Events Captain and Sporting Administrator for her school, Charlotte has also organized several swimming galas for her peers. |

| Lauren joins our aquatics staff for the second summer from Southport, U.K. where she is studying at the University of London. She has been an active swimmer since a young age, and continues to enjoy the sport as a form of exercise. During the year, Lauren assists swimming lessons for kids aged 7-13. In the past, she has also volunteered at a pre-school as a teachers assist, assisting with reading and writing activities. |

| Mary comes to Bryn Mawr from Greenville, PA where she is studying English at Grove City College. She started swimming competitively in 8th grade and became lifeguard certified at age 15. Throughout high school she taught lessons and continued to lifeguard. Mary was the captain of her flag line in marching band and this fall will be the dance line captain in marching band. Mary is very excited to join out Aquatics staff! |

| Amy hails to us from the U.K., where she is studying English. She grew up competing for her local swim club, and has since earned a lifeguarding and child first aid certificate. In past summers, Amy has been a group leader and swim instructor at day camps for 3-16 year olds in the hometown. We are excited to welcome Amy to our Aquatics staff this summer! |

| Evelynn travels to Bryn Mawr from Stroud, OK and she is studying Sociology at Williams College. She use to work at basketballs camps, is on her JV basketball team at school and she goes to schools to educate students about fire safety. She is also trained in several types of emergency response. We are excited to welcome Evelynn to the Aquatics staff! |

| Recently completing her studies at a boarding school in South Africa, Fiona now studies at the Oxford Media Business program. While studying in Africa, she worked as a mentor for younger students. She is also an avid rower, and has competed for many English teams. She looks forward to sharing her love for the outdoors with our campers for her 2nd summer at LBMC. |

| Laura recently graduated from University of Leicester with a degree in Mathematics and hopes to become a teacher. She has been swimming since she was four years old, and has received a multitude of Amateur Swimming Award Certificates. She is qualified as a Lifeguard and an Open Water Diver, and she is excited to join our staff for her 2nd summer assisting our girls at the pool. |

| Maggie recently completed her freshman year at Hope College where she is studying exercise science and chemistry. During the summer months, Maggie loves to be on the water. She specifically enjoys sailing and canoeing, and has even participated in sailing competitions with her family. Maggie is looking forward to sharing her excitement for waterfront with our campers! |

| Leah, a rising senior at Indiana University, is majoring in Human Development and Family Studies, Psychology, and Nutrition Science. Throughout her childhood, Leah took many camping trips with her family, which including canoeing, swimming, and hiking. Leah also has experience as a youth soccer coach, lifeguard, and youth mentor. |

| Shaye Bourke |

| Shaye joins our staff from Australia, where she is studying early childhood and primary school education. During the year, Shaye works at a Pre-school, caring for children aged 3-5. She has been waterskiing for over 10 years, and has mastered single- and double-ski. She is very passionate about helping others succeed in her most favorite summer hobby, as she has helped friends between the ages of 10 and 20 master the skill. |

| A recent graduate from University of Puerto Rico where she majored in criminal justice, Melanie has been playing basketball since she was five years old. She has also worked at a summer camp in Puerto Rico and Montehiedra Basketball Club where she coaches kids from age 4 to 7. This will be Melanie's 3rd year at LBMC, and her first summer working at waterski. |
