Mark Widman Director of Kitchen Operations
A graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Food Service Management, Mark spent nine years as a general manager at private country clubs before coming to Bryn Mawr. Mark is excited to return for his nineteenth summer at Bryn Mawr. During the year, Mark is the Director of the Bryn Mawr Conference Center.
