| longtime Bryn Mawr camper, counselor and group leader, Marjori returned to camp in 2003 after a twenty-two-year break. Now married with three children, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from SUNY Stonybrook and a Master's of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. This is Marjori's 22nd summer at camp and her 9th as a Division Head. |

| Maxine Matovic |
Senior Camp Division Head, Upper and Lower Seniors and Bunk 2 |
| 2011 will be Maxine's 10th summer in Honesdale. She has previously worked as a counselor, Group Leader and gymnastics coach. Maxine holds a Masters in Education degree from Cleveland State University. She has 13 years' experience teaching middle and high school in Cleveland, and she currently teaches 10th grade biology. |

| Pilar Beam |
Senior Camp Division Head, Bunk One |
| Pilar is a full time, year-round Bryn Mawr employee. During the winter, she works sales and operations for the Bryn Mawr Mountain retreat and conference center. This summer, Pilar's 10th at camp, we have asked her to draw upon her extensive experience in the athletic department, the program office, and in the bunk with campers to serve once again as Division Head for Bunk One, our oldest campers. We trust that, under Pilar's skillful hand, these girls will have the best summer of their lives! |

| Heather Rutledge |
Assistant Division Head |
| Heather is a graduate of Brigham Young University, with a degree in Elementary Education. 2011 will be Heather's 10th year at Bryn Mawr, and her third summer as an Assistant Division Head. She is currently an elementary education teacher in Colorado and recently graduated with her Masters Degree in Education from Walden University. Before her days at LBMC, Heather spent five previous summers at camps, teaching children about drama and nature. We are so excited to have her back! |

| Jocelyn Glantz |
Assistant Division Head |
| Jocelyn is a graduate of George Washington University and Brooklyn Law School, where she was the Assistant Director of Admissions. She has since focused her work on assisting high school students with the college essay and admissions process. In the past, she has worked with Kaplan Test Prep. She has since developed a private practice and volunteers her free time with Project Morry. Last summer, Jocelyn assisted our LITs in the SAT/ACT and college process. This summer, we are excited to welcome her to our leadership team full time. |
